Dr. Marcus Whitmore is a west Texas native and a graduate of the Baylor College of Dentistry.
He is a member of a number of professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the Dallas County Dental Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
He is especially interested in cosmetic dentistry, and attended the first postgraduate Continuum of Aesthetic Dentistry held at the Baylor College of Dentistry in 1994. He is also the recommended cosmetic dentist of the mynewsmile.com cosmetic dentistry website for Plano, Texas. But he has a wide range of dental interests, and has taken numerous continuing education courses keeping up with advances in implant surgery, sedation, periodontics, endodontics, and a variety of other subjects.
He also enjoys donating his services to North Dallas Ministries where he helps provide general dental services to underprivileged adults.
